HOUSTON (Jan. 12) — Early registration for the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers upcoming meeting in New Delhi—needed to ensure a participant obtains a hotel room — ends on Feb. 2, the IISRP said.
Jim McGraw, IISRP president and CEO, encouraged people planning to attend the 48th meeting of the world's SR makers to sign up for the hotel and the meeting now at the group's Web site, www.iisrp.com, even if other travel plans aren't set. He said April is the prime tourism period in New Delhi, and the hotel will release all rooms not reserved by Feb. 2.
The meeting will include presentations from the IISRP regional sections; an address by Jairam Ramesh, India's minister of commerce; a social program and an awards luncheon, among other activities.
