HILTON HEAD, S.C. (Jan. 11) — Twenty-two presentations on tire testing, tire rolling resistance, tire management, tire recycling and other important industry topics will be featured at the 23rd Annual Clemson Tire Industry Conference, scheduled for Hilton Head March 14-16.
Tire pressure monitoring systems will be the subject of two presentations, by Kevin Rohlwing, senior vice president of training at the Tire Industry Association, and Peggy Fisher, president of TireStamp Inc.
Ronald L. Medford, senior associate administrator for vehicle safety at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, will discuss NHTSA´s vehicle safety agenda, and Mike Wichhusen, director of industry standards and government regulation at Michelin North America Inc., will speak on the industry's regulatory future.
