DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (Sept. 19) — The Specialty Equipment Market Association will host a seminar Sept. 29 dealing with counterfeit automotive products.
The seminar in Pomona, Calif., addresses legal protections available, such as copyrights, trademarks and patents, as well as how to enforce intellectual property rights. A panel of experts also will discuss efforts in Washington to curb counterfeiting.
