NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc. and its parent, Bridgestone Corp., have made management changes in their finance departments.
Bridgestone promoted Akira Nozawa, currently the company´s chief financial officer and executive vice president, to vice president and chief financial officer, finance, procurement and IT and network of the parent company, effective June 30.
He replaces Shoji Mizuochi, Bridgestone Corp´s chief financial officer, who will join Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc. as vice chairman and CFO. Mizouchi will continue to serve as a member of Bridgestone´s board of directors.
Bridgestone Corp. also announced other management changes:
— Tatsuya Okajima, vice president and senior officer and member of the board responsible for original equipment, has been promoted to senior vice president and a member of the board responsible for original equipment.
— Hideki Yokoyama, vice president and officer, brand management and product planning, has been named vice president and officer, product planning and business development.
