DENVER, Colo.—Gates Corp. has created a new structure for its Worldwide Power Transmission Division, resulting in new assignments for Marco Moran and John Bohenick.
Moran, who most recently served as president of the division in Europe, has been appointed worldwide president of power transmission and will relocate from Belgium to the company´s corporate headquarters in Denver.
John Bohenick, who last served as president of the North American power transmission unit, will relocate to Belgium to step in as president of the firm´s European power transmission division.
Richard Bell, who has held dual roles as president of Gates and worldwide president of the power transmission division since 2002, will continue as president of the firm, focusing on the corporation´s strategic growth initiatives and developing the organization.
