AKRON-Eugene M. Urban has been named president of Akrochem Corp.
Urban has spent 23 years with the supplier of ingredients to the rubber and adhesives industries and color concentrates to the plastics sector. He started with the company in technical sales, transferred into product management and later was appointed vice president.
Urban also has worked for Columbian Chemicals Co. in research engineering, product development and technical sales.
