PARIS (Jan. 16)—Michelin is raising tire prices in Europe again, blaming higher raw material costs.
During the first half of 2006 the company said it will increase prices for passenger and light truck tires up to 3.5 percent. The firm will hike prices for heavy truck and agricultural tires by up to 4 percent.
The company said prices for construction equipment tires rose 6 percent in December.
