MIDLAND, Mich.—Flavio Terruzzi has succeeded Julie Fasone Holder as business vice president for Dow Chemical Co.´s specialty plastics and elastomers.
Fasone Holder has been named a corporate vice president, in charge of human resources, diversity and inclusion, and public affairs.
Terruzzi has served as president and CEO of Equipolymers B.V., a joint venture of Dow and Petrochemical Industries Corp. in Kuwait. He is a 20-year Dow veteran, starting as a field salesman and working through a variety of sales, marketing, product, assets and general management positions.
Among the posts he has filled were product manager for polyols, business director of polyurethanes, global business director for PET/PTA and president and managing director of INCA International S.p.A. He also is country manager for Dow Italy
Fasone Holder joined Dow as a sales representative in 1975. She has held a variety of commerical leadership positions with local, national and global responsibilities.
