WYANDOTTE, Mich. (Nov. 15) — BASF Corp. will boost prices for all Elastollan thermoplastic polyurethanes resin, concentrate and additives by six percent, or as contracts allow.
The increases are effective Dec. 1.
The continued volatility of raw material and energy costs and "the increasing challenges of transportation availability and costs" were the key reasons for the increases, said James Lausch, director of the company´s Elastollan TPU business in North America.
