FINDLAY, Ohio—Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has given new titles to Richard E. Williams, Timothy M. Lauth, Philip A. Boarts and Michael J. Linhart.
Williams fills the new post of vice president, global supply chain. He comes to the firm with more than 24 years of experience in supply chain and purchasing activities, including nine years with Eaton Corp.
Lauth now is manager of the corporate technical center materials laboratory. He has been with Cooper for seven years, and most recently was a compound development engineer in materials development. He also has been an extruded product development engineer for Cooper-Standard, and worked as a development engineer and factory technical services engineer.
Boarts has taken the title of director of commercial products marketing. He joined Cooper in 1999 when the company bought Oliver Rubber Co., and most recently was director of sales and marketing for the Oliver retreading group.
Linhart was named director of commercial product sales, moving from the director of global brand marketing post. He has been with the firm since 1990 and worked in several jobs primarily in field sales and sales management.
