FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.—Howard Duxbury is the new chief operating officer and president, global, of GDX Automotive Inc., which also promoted Janice Stipp, Doug Chapple, Mark Ploof and Mark Krupp.
Duxbury comes to GDX after holding senior management positions at TI Automotive Ltd., where he was president of the Global Fluid Systems Group, and Siebe Automotive.
Stipp now is executive vice president, administration and chief financial officer. She has served as finance director at the TI Automotive global fuel systems unit, and vice president, finance, for Oxford Automotive Inc.
Chapple now is president, North America. He came to the firm in March after working for Sarnamotive Blue Water Inc.
Ploof has taken the post of managing director, international operations. An adviser to Cerberus Capital Management L.P., he also has industrial restructuring and operational experience with General Electric Co.
Krupp was named vice president, North America special projects. He is responsible for operational restructuring.
