CLERMONT-FERRAND, France (May 25)—Groupe Michelin's shareholders have voted Finance Director Michel Rollier a managing partner, alongside Edouard Michelin and Rene Zingraff.
Rollier, 60, has been with Michelin since 1996, serving in the legal and finance departments before advancing to chief financial officer in October 1999. His replacement is Jean-Dominique Senard, who joined Michelin in March in advance of becoming chief financial officer at year-end, Michelin said.
Senard moves to Michelin from the French trading conglomerate Alcan, where he is a member of the executive committee. He also held financial and managerial positions with the Total S.A. and Saint-Gobain Group.
