WYANDOTTE, Mich. (April 6)—BASF Corp. will increase the price of all grades of its Elastollan thermoplastic polyurethane resins, concentrates and additives by 8 percent in North America, effective May 1.
"This increase reflects the ongoing strong demand for TPU and the need to address the prolonged escalation of energy, feedstock and transportation costs," James Lausch, director of BASF's TPU business in North America, said in a statement.
