MARIETTA, Ga.—Rikki Lamba has been named vice president of carbon black technology at Columbian Chemicals Co.
Lamba now will oversee global laboratory services, new product development and technical services for the carbon black maker.
He has been with Columbian since 1997, when he joined the firm as a product scientist. In November 2000 he was promoted to director of global marketing-tire.
Before coming to Columbian, Lamba worked for the Halliburton Energy Services Group of Halliburton Co., and also was a research associate at the University of Akron.
