PHOENIX (Feb. 11)—Albert A. Frink Jr., assistant secretary of commerce for manufacturing and services, will be the keynote speaker at the Rubber Manufacturers Association/General Products Group meeting in Phoenix Feb. 26-28.
Frink, whom the RMA describes as the Bush administration's "manufacturing czar," develops and implements trade policies for U.S. manufacturers trade within the Commerce Department's International Trade Administration. Other speakers include political analyst Charles Cook, market prognosticator Ed Barlow and comedian-motivational speaker Steve Rizzo.
