Price-fixing plea: Ex-Crompton exec faces fine,prison in rubber chemicals case
(From the Sept. 20 issue of Rubber & Plastics News) WASHINGTON—Former Crompton Corp./Uniroyal Chemical executive Joseph B. Eisenberg has agreed to plead guilty to participating in an international conspiracy to fix prices in the rubber chemicals market, according to the Department of Justice.
