CHIBA, Japan (July 28)—DSM Elastomers B.V. will close the EPDM plant it operates as a joint venture with Idemitsu Petrochemical Co. Ltd. in Chiba by Sept. 30.
The company will continue to serve its Keltan-brand customers in Asia with products manufactured in Triunfo, Brazil, and at a new state-of-the-art plant in Geleen, Netherlands.
