DENVER—Steven B. Hochhauser succeeded Charles L. Henry as chairman and CEO of Johns Manville Corp. when he retired June 1.
Hochhauser joined the Berkshire Hathway Inc. subsidiary in 2001 as senior vice president of the Engineered Products Group and was promoted to president and chief operating officer in September 2002. He previously served as vice president and general manager of Honeywell International´s Engineered Applications & Solutions business.
Henry has filled Johns Manville´s top posts since becoming part of the firm in 1996. Before that he spent 33 years with DuPont Co., including time as chief financial officer and executive vice president.
