HOUSTON (July 7)—Kraton Polymers L.L.C. has appointed George Gregory CEO, succeeding Steve Wood, who will become vice chairman.
Gregory previously was CEO and president of KoSa, a global polyester resins, fibers and intermediates supplier. He left the company in April, when the firm merged with Invista and relocated its headquarters to Wichita, Kan.
Kraton makes elastomers based on styrenic block copolymers at plants in the U.S., the Netherlands, Germany, France, Brazil and Japan, generating annual sales of more than $700 million.
