RED BANK, N.J. (May 11)—Douglas D. Tough has been named CEO and managing director of Ansell Ltd., succeeding Harry Boon.
Boon said in November he will retire from the posts when his contract expires June 30, the day Tough will assume the positions.
Tough, a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada, spent 17 years with Cadbury Schweppes P.L.C., holding down a number of different management positions.
