HUDSON, Mass. (Sept. 8)—Silicone rubber component maker Chase-Walton Elastomers has promoted Tim Pryce, former chief operating office, to president. A Chase-Walton employee since 1994 and chief operating officer since 2002, Pryce will direct the company's strategic plan of extending its reach in the aerospace, biomedical and pharmaceutical markets. He assumes the president's duties from Jim Walton, who remains chairman. Pryce also becomes president of SF Medical, a wholly owned unit. "With Tim Pryce leading Chase-Walton, we feel confident that we can capitalize on the vast opportunities for quality silicone-based products in the marketplace," Walton said.
