HOUSTON (July 18)—Kraton Polymers L.L.C. has appointed engineering company Aker Kvaerner to expand the capacity of its Kraton G polymers plant in Belpre, Ohio, via debottlenecking. The previously announced project, expected to be completed by mid-2004, is based on a new Kraton process technology, the company said.
