SAN DIEGO (July11)—Rhino Linings USA Inc. said it plans to expand rapidly in Canada, following its June purchase of the assets of Rhino Linings Canada Inc. Rhino USA didn't disclose the purchase price but said it had acquired 30 sprayed-on polyurethane truck bed liner dealerships through the deal. Rhino USA said in a statement it expects to sell no less than 60 new dealerships in the country over the next year by launching an aggressive marketing campaign. The country also provides opportunity to expand in industrial areas, including the manufacturing, mining, agricultural and oil and gas industries, said Russell Lewis, president and founder of Rhino's U.S. operation.
