CANTON, Ohio (May 29)—A June 10 auction will help the defunct Montgomery Safety Products Division of Montgomery Group Inc., which went out of business in April 2002, pay off secured creditors. Latex glove-dipping forms and equipment owned by Montgomery Safety Products will be among the items put up for auction. Dover, Ohio-based Bambeck Auctioneers Inc. will handle the auction at the firm's former Canton factory. Thousands of pairs of porcelain glove-dipping forms used to dip natural rubber, neoprene and nitrile gloves will be auctioned off, an official with Bambeck said. Semiautomatic glove dipping, compounding, packaging, plant support and office equipment—along with air compressors and a water chiller—are among other items on the auction block, the Bambeck official said.
