PITTSBURGH (May 19)—Air Products and Chemicals Inc. will distribute Bayer Polymers' excess toluenediisocyanate intermediates. Bayer Polymers expects to have intermediate capacity in Europe and the U.S. beyond what it currently needs to make TDI once its dinitrotoluene and toluenediamine manufacturing facility in Dormagen, Germany opens later this year.
