WYANDOTTE, Mich. (March 7)—BASF Corp. is raising prices for its urethane specialty systems, following increases previously announced for other urethane-related supplies. The company said it is boosting prices for its rigid and flexible systems by 8 cents per pound, and for its spray foam systems by 10 cents a pound, effective April 1. The company blamed rising raw material, energy and transportation costs for the increases.
