TULSA, Okla. (March 5)—Kinark Corp. has finalized an agreement between subsidiary North American Galvanizing Co. and Thomas and Betts Corp. to supply hot-dip galvanizing and Infrashield polyurethane coatings for a broad range of tubular and lattice tower structures in the electrical transportation and distribution markets. The pact reflects a commitment by both firms to work together exclusively to produce high quality corrosion resistant coatings for specific applications "and the development of future applications with the next generation of products," said Ronald J. Evans, Kinark president and CEO.
