AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (Feb. 14)—The Continental Teves unit of Continental A.G. will invest $3.5 million to build a brake actuation plant in Silao, Mexico. The 100,000-sq.-ft. plant will supply automotive assembly plants in Mexico beginning in 2004. Continental operates another plant in the Mexican city that produces wheel speed sensors for anti-lock brake systems, and three other facilities in the country.
