LIONVILLE, Pa.-West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. has removed all finished goods from its explosion- and fire-damaged Kinston, N.C., plant, and was able to save much of its molding tools. In the aftermath of the Jan. 29 accident that killed four workers and injured 37, West has shipped the finished goods to customers, subject to quality assurance, the company said. The majority of the molding tools were recovered and, based on a preliminary assessment, appear to be in useable condition.
