INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 12)—More than a dozen latex allergy lawsuits against various medical glove makers have been returned to Indianapolis federal court from the latex allergy multi-district litigation in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia federal court did the preliminary work on the cases' common elements, and is now sending them back to their courts of origin for trial, said Larry Jackson, an attorney with Price Jackson Waicukauski and Mellowitz P.C. in Indianapolis. Jackson and his colleagues are working out a timeframe with the defendants for pretrial motions and case-specific discovery, and hope to present it to the Indianapolis court Feb. 25, Jackson said.
