HOUSTON (Jan. 29)—Omsk Synthetic Rubber, an Omsk, Russia-based producer of BR, SBR, ESBR and other lattices, is the fourth Russian Federation company to join the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers. Omsk Chairman Michael Sutyaginsky will be the firm's director representative to the IISRP and will serve on the group's European Section board, the Houston-based agency said. Recruitment in eastern and Central Europe has been a high priority for the organization, Jim McGraw, IISRP managing director and CEO, said in a statement. IISRP's other three Russian members are Nizhnekamskneftekhim, JSC of Tatarstan, Efremov Synthetic Rubber Enterprise based in Efremov, and Sibur, which is headquartered in Moscow.
