NEW YORK (Nov. 27)—China Enterprises Ltd.'s common shares are available by over-the-counter trading under the symbol CSHEF, the company said. The listing follows the New York Stock Exchange's suspension of the company's NYSE listing Sept. 27, saying the Chinese firm's stock failed to meet the exchange's continuing listing standards. China Enterprises—formerly China Tire Holdings—has requested a review of the NYSE's decision according to its appeal procedures. China Enterprises is a holding company for a number of Sino-foreign equity joint-venture enterprises, which manufacture and market tires in China and other countries abroad. The OTC Bulletin Board is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last sale prices and volume information in OTC equity securities for companies that are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
