LAS VEGAS (Nov. 18)—Trico Products Corp. introduced two new wipers during the recent Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo. The first, for sport-utility vehicle and minivan fitments, comes preassembled with the adapter to fit all vehicles directly. Trico is offering it in lengths of 16 inches to 28 inches for 92-percent coverage of all SUVs and minivans on the road today. The manufacturer also rolled out its Winter Teflon Blades, which feature a Teflon resin for the wiping element. In addition, they sport the same "special rubber boot" as Trico's original winter blade to prevent snow and ice from clogging the blade's metal superstructure. The winter wipers are available in lengths ranging from 15 inches to 28 inches.
