GLS Corp.´s Thermoplastic Elastomers Division is offering new literature describing a TPE project with Gillette Corp. The sheet outlines the latest application of GLS TPEs in the personal care products marketplace, specifically an elastomer the firm created to provide a non-slip grip in a wet, soapy environment. The material also had to mold easily with polypropylene in a multishot/overmolding process, the company said. The GLS TPE currently is found in Gillette´s Mach3 razor. For a copy of the literature or for more information, contact GLS Corp. by phone at 800-457-8777 or 815-385-8500; fax at 815-385-8533; e-mail [email protected]; or on the Internet at www.glscorp.com.
