AKRON (Oct. 23)—Graham J. Lake of Hertfortshire, England, has won the Charles Goodyear Medal, the ACS Rubber Division's highest honor. Walter H. Waddell, ExxonMobil Chemical Co., was selected for the Melvin Mooney Distinguished Technology Award, and Bryan Willoughby of Shropshire, England, took the Fernley H. Banbury award. The George Stafford Whitby Award winner is Sadhan K. De. The Science and Technology Award winners will receive the honors next spring at the association's San Francisco meeting.
