DENVER—Gates Rubber Co. is making five organizational changes within two automotive aftermarket divisions.
Dave Miller has been named to the new position of manager of business development for the company´s Global Aftermarket Division.
He is responsible for finding new automotive replacement product opportunities, product line development, global sourcing, and market introduction, planning and execution.
Assisting Miller in helping to identify and develop product areas is Terry Smith, who assumes the post of coordinator for business development for the unit while Jack Ramsey has joined the division as automotive products manager.
Within Gates Automotive Aftermarket Sales division, Charlie Monahan is the new sales manager of special markets and Ken Bridges has been named manager of heavy-duty product sales and sales training.
