FONTANA, Calif. (Sept. 27)—Kumho Tire USA is raising the price of its passenger and light truck tires between 3 percent and 5 percent, depending on the tire model. The increases are set to take effect Nov. 1, the company said. David Hudrlik, Kumho´s vice president and director of sales, cited increased manufacturing costs as the reason for the increase.
