Elora, ONTARIO (Sept. 26)—PolyCorp Ltd. has purchased the Polymeric Protective Linings business from RJF International Corp., reuniting the two rubber lining businesses that were previously the BF Goodrich Protective Linings division. The PolyCorp/Polymeric Protective Linings combined businesses will be called Polymeric Protective Linings, a division of PolyCorp, a company news release said. Terms of the deal were undisclosed. The companies will be consolidated into the PolyCorp facility in Elora over the next several months, the firm said. The Elora facility has state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and is staffed with an experienced work force.
