McMINNVILLE, Ore. (Sept. 16)—R-B Rubber Products Inc.'s sales rose to $3.4 million in the fiscal third quarter from $2.6 million in the corresponding period last year while net income increased almost four-fold to $246,000 from $64,000 in the 2001 quarter. The company, which manufactures molded rubber products from recycled tires for use in the equine, fitness and safety surface industries, attributed the sales improvement to increased orders for rubber matting goods.
