WOODSTOCK, Ill.—Marvin Pisarczyk has been selected director of sales and Richard Bowie vice president of human resources and corporate diversity at Specialty Elastomers Technologies Inc.
Pisarczyk is responsible for sales in all Specialty Elastomers divisions. He is charged with increasing the visibility of the company and establishing it as a top supplier of rubber and plastic components for the automotive, marine and industrial markets.
Pisarczyk previously was vice president of sales and engineering for Eagle-Picher Automotive´s Hillsdale Tool Division and president and general manager of Eagle-Picher-Boge/Boge North America. He also has held engineering and management positions with several other companies.
Bowie´s duties include all the traditional functions of a human resources official as well as developing and promoting business diversity among customers, suppliers, employees and others, the company said.
Before joining Specialty Elastomers, Bowie held a variety of management posts with Acushnet Rubber Co. Inc., working in quality systems, operations, sales and marketing, and human resources.
