WASHINGTON (Sept. 4)—The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened an investigation into possible fuel hose problems in approximately 150,000 Chrysler PT Cruisers. According to seven complaints the agency has received, an aluminum air conditioning suction line may cause wear and tear to the fuel hose, possibly leading to high-pressure fuel leakage in the engine compartment.
