RICHMOND, Va.—Two U.S. elastics goods manufacturers will seek reconsideration before the U.S. Supreme Court of a federal appeals court decision denying them relief in a price fixing suit against Malaysian, Indonesian and Thai rubber thread exporters. Dee-K Enterprises Inc. and Asheboro Elastics Corp. sued nine rubber thread manufacturers and their U.S. subsidiaries before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, alleging a price fixing conspiracy between the thread makers.
