Tring Corp.'s new machine is designed to detect missing parts on automotive parts assemblies. In the process, assemblies are placed on a conveyor belt, then moved to a scanning section where they are inspected for missing parts. If parts are missing, the assemblies are separated. The machine can process parts up to 8 inches by 5 inches that weigh up to 10 pounds, and can detect missing parts as light as 3 grams, the company said. For more information, contact Roger P. Rehm at 330-683-7777, Ext. 3211, or visit the Web at www.tringcorp.com.
