QUINCY, Ill. (July 22)—Titan Wheel Corp. has reached a three-year agreement with the union representing production workers at its Walcott, Iowa, wheel-making facility, the company announced July 18. Members of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Union Local 388 ratified the new deal, which includes a 20-cent wage increase during the life of the contract; no pension increases; and increased employee costs for medical prescriptions. The agreement positions the Walcott facility to be competitive in the marketplace, Titan said. Titan Wheel Corp. is a subsidiary of Quincy-based Titan International Inc.
