WILMINGTON, Del. (June 26)—The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has set March 3 as the last day by which claims may be filed against Federal-Mogul Corp. and any of its 156 affiliated debtors in their Chapter 11 cases for damage caused by asbestos to property or property interests located in the U.S. and Canada. Federal-Mogul filed for Chapter 11 in October. Separately, the court gave creditors of rubber and plastics component maker Newcor Inc. until July 9 to file proofs of claim against the automotive supplier. The parts maker filed its Chapter 11 petition in February.
