CARLSBAD, Calif.-After two years of red ink and a year virtually devoid of sales, Wilshire Technologies Inc.´s fortunes apparently are turning around. The polyurethane glove maker is renovating its Tijuana, Mexico, manufacturing plant and expanding to three lines from one after successfully launching a proprietary product in July 2001 to selected customer accounts, according to Kevin Mulvihill, president and CEO of the Carlsbad-based company.
