NORWALK, Conn. (March 13)—Arch Chemicals Inc. plans to cut 200 jobs, or nearly 7 percent of its overall work force, as part of a restructuring of three of its businesses. The cuts will come from its Performance urethanes, Microelectronic Materials and HTH Water Products businesses. Arch will take a $7 million charge in this year´s first quarter to cover the severance and employee benefit costs related to the reductions.
