MOSCOW (March 4)—Goodyear is extending an off-take manufacturing agreement with Yaroslavl Tyre Factory to cover all-season tires. Yaroslavl has made Goodyear-brand studdable winter tires since early 2001 using its own technology and Goodyear molds. Goodyear did not disclose the value of the contract, or how many tires its involves. Yaroslavl is one of the two largest tire makers in Russia, with annual capacity of 6 million passenger, light truck, medium truck and farm tires.
