WASHINGTON (Jan. 30)—DaimlerChrysler Corp. has recalled 38,700 Dodge Grand Cherokee sport-utility vehicles manufactured in July-September 2001. The onboard vapor recovery system vent hoses may have been misrouted, allowing water to enter the canister and fuel to spill out of the filler tube during refueling. Dealers will inspect the vent hoses and reroute them if necessary.
