WARSAW, Poland (Jan. 10)—Minority shareholders in Polish tire maker Stomil Olsztyn have called an emergency general meeting for Jan. 16 to discuss a report about the running of the company by Groupe Michelin, its main shareholder. The meeting will focus on a number of criticisms of Michelin in a recent report by international auditors BDO, according to a spokesman for Pioneer—a financial trust with a minority stake in Stomil.
